The starting point of this house is to place the maximum program on the ground floor and have the rest upstairs. This plant will be for meeting friends and guests.

The owners, a couple without dependent children, wanted a house to live quietly and comfortably. A ground floor that flows, with a day space, unitary but not diaphanous, in which the garden forms part, and a master bedroom suite with a dressing room, designed with a contemporary style and luxury details inspired by large villas.

The "strict" regulations of the Urban Planing, together with the topography of the plot, make possible a garden at the upper floor level. The conditions become generators of the project.

From the roof of the day volume, there is a terraced area with spectacular views of the Rock of Gibraltar.
