It is part of the initiative of the City Council, included in the Tender, to carry out a reform of the building.

The existing building was a dark building, with little hierarchical routes and very compartmentalized, which made it difficult to access each of the dependencies.

The final project ends up being a comprehensive reform where the facilities, materials, and distribution are renewed.

From the performance, the DISTRIBUTION AND THE ROUTES are SIMPLIFIED, promoting each of the activities, despite adding more resources.

The unnecessary is eliminated, the LIGHT is promoted (and sought), the routes, the organization of apparently complex spaces. The original structure of the precast concrete building is enhanced, eliminating false ceilings and gaining more than just cubic meters of space. Luminous, attractive spaces appear, with “texture”, with identity.
