A different ordering is proposed than that indicated in the planning, changing the tower typology to the H-block type. With this, it is possible to house the buildable area that the urban planning file for the plot allows and the number of homes required.
3 H blocks are proposed in a North-South direction. These blocks are placed on a common "basement" that closes the entire plot.
To improve sunlight to double that required by the ordinance, the interior blocks are rotated.
Inside there are two large spaces that are landscaped between the three blocks.
This set of blocks and gardens is traversed transversally by an undulating promenade that gives pedestrian access from the street to each and every one of the vertical communication nuclei. A lively sequence of patios and gardens pierced by light is created.
On the "basement" on which the "blocks" rest, houses with gardens are also developed (duplexes on the north side of the plot).
On the façade, the precast concrete panel and sliding and/or projecting lattices are used.
The “apparent” disorder of the openings and the different situations caused by the lattices are the significant elements of the volumetry.
