The project proposes a strong volumetry where the key idea is to allow the views from all the rooms in the house. The house is positioned on the higher area of a deep slope plot.

On the access floor, the distribution has an open plan concept, with outdoor and indoor living area. The large and generous overhangs shelter and protect, but also frame the views by nuanced areas of shade and sun.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom suite and dressing room in the most privileged view position.

The central position is occupied by the rest of the bedrooms and the office with views towards the sea and the golf course. Large covered terraces emphasize the views.

On the lower level, the gym and sauna are located with access to the garden and the views due to the descending topography. This volume of relaxation appears as a great periscope on the hill. Towards the side, there is a garden with horizontal topography.
