The triangular-shaped plot has a very pronounced topography with a maximum drop of 10m. between the west and east sides.

An arrangement of four isolated blocks is proposed, each with a different level of settlement, and with a clear landscape intention of a city-garden. Due to the topography, common garages are organized for every two blocks.

The free spaces combine landscaped areas of natural terrain with paved areas on the roofs of the garages, creating different living, walking and play areas for children.

The floor plan of the block is square around an interior patio. A single circulation core located inside this courtyard gives access to a maximum of six apartments per floor and a total of 17 apartments per block. Each one has independent access from the public road and the interior free space. Both the nuclei and the accesses are open (porches and walkways-galleries) which allows optimizing the surface of the houses.

68 homes are projected instead of the 76 allowed, in order to offer the maximum surface area (70 m2) in each one of them, exhausting the buildability of the plot.

In order to achieve better environmental quality conditions, the houses have been designed with cross ventilation, all of them through the patio, although they are all exterior and have lighting and ventilation through the exterior facades.

The free spaces combine landscaped areas of natural terrain with paved areas on the roofs of the garages and porches open to the gardens, creating different areas for children to stay, walk and play. They are equipped with benches, lamposts, litter bins, a sandbox for children's games and parking for bicycles.
